Who or What is SMRT (Feedback) ?
This virtual party that Xiaxue has taken protection order against is a parody, satirical and humour page — something which they’ve made abundantly clear no less than 5 times in their FB page, even making attempts to repost the disclaimers page to remind readers to chill or exit.
If you followed their FB page long enough, you’d also know that SMRT (Feedback) is in the active business of using their influence to promote a lot of charitable causes. So do not assume that making fun of people is all they do.
This is a must-read article about the many selfless deeds they’ve done in Singapore. They may be anonymous but they certainly aren’t oblivious.

Consequently they made it into local Chinese newspapers and this is one of their features ….
They even received support from the Prime Minister of Singapore.
Social stats reveal that their FB page garners close to 30 million unique views per month .
But to Xiaxue, they’re just anonymous nobodies….
Why then would Xiaxue be so threatened by them that she would take a court protection order against them ?
Xiaxue had explained herself in her blog – only HER side of the story. Some things though, she intentionally or unintentionally left out , which I present to readers now in this blog.
Remember that this is the site that exposes the lies and hypocrisies of Xiaxue. This is the site that unveils embarrassing secrets about Xiaxue that she never wanted people to find out.
And I present my articles in respectful, occasionally insulting sarcastic ways. Regardless of her erotic , erratic, arrogant, high-handed, vitriolic, hypocritical, malicious, vulgar, cowardly and stupid actions, basic respect is something I’ve never denied her. Not once in my 5 blog posts have I referred to Xiaxue by any other name except Xiaxue – with Capital X some more. Not once have I dragged her husband, child or mom into any of my posts, much less their photos. I prefer to use photos of cute babies whose moms are far less hated in the world.
So why the court order against SMRT (Feedback) ?
Xiaxue is simply PARANOID .
The moment she steps out of her palace in Lorong Ah Soo, the “blogging/drama queen” is zapped by a spine-chilling vision of some Bangladeshi men hanging around the corner of her void deck , a virtual batman with a malboro red waiting to pounce on her , haters waiting in line with parangs, acid and cameras , or perhaps Dawn Yang suddenly appearing out of nowhere to punch her plastic nose (that’s exactly what Xiaxue said in one of her blog post).
The confines of her own home is probably is the ONLY place she will ever feel safe and secure.
She lives in a HDB flat which is a government housing so there are no security guards. Despite Singapore being one of the safest place on earth with lowest crime rate, Xiaxue has been burdened with the need to instal CCTV cameras all around her apartment and her car as well, which I believe is completely unheard of in sunny Singapore. Even when she goes out, she’s usually accompanied by bodyguards, well actually, they’re her friends, husband, mom or maid. Going out alone would probably be a daunting challenge for her.
What an “awesome” life of the blogging queen! Xiaxue brought this highly endangered life upon herself, didn’t she? Yet as usual, she has to look for somebody to blame for what she’s been forced to go through, including the current protection order she had to obtain.
SMRT (Feedback) has been blamed by Xiaxue for every bad thing that has been happening to her. Random carpark photographer shooting the moon got her so shaken up that she had to make a police case out of it. A China man who horribly defaced her’s and her child’s faces online is going to track her down and kill her family because of a commenter in SMRT (Feedback) FB page revealing her address.
Accusing SMRT (Feedback) of vandalizing?? her child’s picture…. How so ??
Did readers notice that Xiaxue is insulting HERSELF by saying this? Putting her child’s photo next to her’s is apparently vandalism according to her. If you don’t want your child to find out about your offensive behavior, then don’t do it in the first place , especially since you’re a …. Urr, social media star ??!!
Let’s look up the definition of the word “badgered”.
How many times exactly was her husband ‘BADGERED’ by SMRT (Feedback) ?
ONCE …. Only once? Twice? Trice ?
I guess Xiaxue was offended because if there’s anyone putting a leash on anyone, it has to be she on her husband …. not the other way around !

Comments like this and many others from SMRT (Feedback) that Xiaxue highlighted are already rampant in many other websites. It’s just unfortunate that SMRT (Feedback) is famous and influential enough to get into legal trouble over this.
Xiaxue is a major HYPOCRITE .
Back in 2008, when she got sued by Dawn Yang, she argued that Dawn was a coward for attempting to sue her and that nothing that Xiaxue wrote should have been taken seriously or personally.
But look at what Xiaxue is doing today. The exact same thing that Dawn Yang did, taking SMRT (Feedback)’s SATIRICAL website way too seriously and personally. While Xiaxue’s blog has never been satirical in nature, SMRT (Feeback)’s FB page is and they make it abundantly clear of that.
In her blog’s FAQ section, Xiaxue also claims that her cyberbullying makes her victims “stronger, so she’s only helping them”.
Yet Xiaxue blatantly displays qualities of a total COWARD herself by going on a rampage of not only deleting and blocking every commenter from her sites who don’t speak up in favor of her, but also everyone who so much gave little thumbs up to those comments.
She must always have the last say before she blocks. That freedom of speech that she die-die must have, others cannot have. So her latest controlling power is slapping protection order. Since the law has been put in place, might as well abuse it ….
Even though she “has a blog, two hands, a brain, and she can defend herself” online, she has surrendered her hands in defeat. Diverting to drastic legal actions to settle her scores in order to have the last say and conveniently shut up her opponents forever is the perfect shortcut for now.
Did she even attempt to drop a personal email to SMRT (Feedback) to tell them to stop their insults and remove her address ?
I’d like to point out to readers that Xiaxue is merely playing with words and using lame excuses here. Let the records prove that Xiaxue deliberately and maliciously pulled out and posted the haters’ family photos to use as blackmail to demand for apologies.
She conveniently left out this part, didn’t she? She wants readers to see only the poor victim she makes herself out to be. It does not really matter how the family photos became easily accessible to her as much as her motive for posting them in the first place.
In fact, let her records also show that Xiaxue has employed the same intimidation tactic on another 14-year-old girl named Grace from St. Hilda’s Secondary School, whose photo Xiaxue pulled and posted in her site until she apologized for offending her friends.
This is yet another evidence of Xiaxue’s hypocrisy. How convenient! She’s only saying this now because she’s not going to harass or cyberbully anymore since the law has been passed in Singapore and she has set the precedent by invoking it.
Prior to Nov 2014, she had been notorious for her multiple field days when she would go on online sprees of insulting and cyberbullying and conveniently getting away with it. With the number of protection orders people could have slapped her with if only there had been any anti-harassment or anti-cyberbullying laws in Singapore earlier , Xiaxue might even have been put away in jail for a long time !
In conclusion, I believe that on her own, Xiaxue would never have obtained the protection order. In order to successfully obtain one and shut her opponent permanently, she used her husband and child as baits by exaggerating whatever SMRT (Feeback) did to them as well as blaming SMRT (Feedback) for all her troubles. Meanwhile, that China national who defaced her child’s face and issued death threats gets away scot-free because Xiaxue failed to make a police complaint about the harassment.
The protection order only serves to prohibit the accused from insulting her and her family. Which means that SMRT (Feedback) can still talk about Xiaxue and her family, they can still make exposés of her. And Xiaxue still has NO control over the 100-1000 comments their FB page attracts each day. Uninhibited streams of nasty comments about her (and her family) are something that has been going on for years due to her own stupidity.

And while he’s at it, he may also put up a disclaimer that the “Xiaxue” she claims to harass is not Wendy Cheng Yan Yan. The protection order never mentions any “Xiaxue”.

Who says SMRT (Feedback) is the only TROLL in Singapore ?
Barely one week after obtaining a protection order, Xiaxue starts trolling both Dawn Yang and SMRT (Feedback).
Take note of her foul language and tone – the very qualities she got the court to forbid SMRT (Feedback) from using against her.
Not only that. While badgering Dawn to sue her, she deliberately left out Dawn’s name this time to make it harder for Dawn to pursue the matter. Which means that Xiaxue doesn’t want to be sued after all !

Again take note of her crass tone and her challenging SMRT (Feedback) to sue her… She trolled the very page she took protection order against !
And guess what — She REMOVED her reply a while later — she probably realized too late that her reply might get her into trouble with her own protection order.
That awkward moment when her freedom of speech is stunted by her own protection order.
Well, SMRT (Feedback) finally hit the nail hard on her head ….

How many of you find this claim of Xiaxue really odd ??
If I were her, I would have done a printscreen the minute I saw the nasty threats, not any later.
I find it odd that Xiaxue is able to spare much time and effort digging up a lot of secrets about other people in order to write sensational blog posts (Arissa Cheo, Maia Lee, Stephen Lim, Dawn Yang, just to name a few) , or anonymously create hate sites , and also spend a good whole year working with a friend to spy on Kay Kay and Gushcloud , ….. Yet when it comes to her OWN CHILD , she claims to have NO evidence of the death threats nor any idea who’s behind them because she simply didn’t bother to investigate.
As one wise commenter puts it ,
She also has too much free time to PHOTOSHOP all her photos to look as Barbie doll as possible , and constantly searching out haters to BLOCK on a daily basis….. yet the death threats against her one and only child went unchecked by her.
I believe these are the real possible reasons Xiaxue obtained a Protection Order against SMRT (Feedback) :
1) She was worried that she was going to lose the Tyre Queen sponsorship after many people started giving the company bad reviews. I will not be surprised if she cherishes the car more than her son, otherwise she wouldn’t risk having his face pasted all over the car and inviting people to randomly take photos of her car and send to her site. Cars are expensive in Singapore and getting the car sponsorship was probably her biggest achievement she didn’t want to lose.
2) SMRT (Feedback) exposed many things about Xiaxue and Nuffnang in their blog posts early this year, some of which Xiaxue hasn’t been able to refute. In fact, Xiaxue needed the help of an anonymous party to help her understand her site meter because she had no idea how her site meter worked. And till to-date, she has failed to explain why she is promoting fake stats in her pixel ads column and I’m disgusted that Nuffnang would even allow their top blogger to promote that ad in the first place while hypocritically accusing Gushcloud of buying and inflating stats.
3) Everyone remembers SMRT (Feedback) for exposing notorious bullies like Heather Chua, Anton Casey and Jover Chew. And Xiaxue is regarded as a national cyberbully of Singapore, even by HER OWN ADMISSION. If slapping a PO against SMRT (Feedback) can help save herself from what they did to the bullies, she might as well jump at the opportunity. She was also afraid that SMRT (Feedback) will pull in her family photos as SHE did to other people.
The big question remains :
Can Xiaxue finally sleep well at night with the protection order ….. while the real culprit who issued the death threats is still at large ?
If that China National is able to read and understand English, he or she does not even have to dig deep into the internet to locate her address. All they have to do is go back to Xiaxue’s own instagram site where she makes it extremely easy for readers to locate her. From the beginning when she bought her house, she never minced words when repeatedly mentioning Lorong Ah Soo. Then she never hesitated to reveal #02 storey either. And now this….
Meanwhile, CCTV camera vendors are secretly hoping to meet more dumb customers like her.
